The judging team was comprised of two members of the ICSB affiliate in Europe (ECSB), two Dell representatives, and the ICSB executive director- as an observer. Each paper was reviewed by at least 3 experts across spectrums, who subsequently rated the entries based on a broad criterion. A panel of judges was then responsible for selecting the best paper from among the five finalists.
