The International Council for Small Business- Puerto Rico and Caribbean (ICSB PR/Caribbean) is committed to a free exchange of ideas through education, research, publications, conferences and the demonstrated commitment and competence of its members so that there will be a better understanding of the smaller business enterprise and its management.

The Puerto Rico and Caribbean Affiliate was established in 1996, and since then has
organized four Caribbean Entrepreneurship summits and had the honor of hosting the
2002 Annual World Conference.
